Personal data being processed

The collection of personal data through the site takes place through:

– users’ voluntary e-mail messages addressed to the e-mail boxes published on the site itself;

– filling in data collection forms on the site (Contact section and access to the reserved area);

– acquisition of navigation data by applications dedicated to the functioning of the website during navigation. This information, which cannot be directly associated with the identity of the users, includes, for example, parts of the IP address, domain names and type of browser used, date and time of the request and other parameters regarding the operating system and the IT environment used. These data are used for the only purpose of obtaining anonymous statistic information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data provided voluntarily by site visitors by sending e-mail messages and filling in the Contact form are acquired, registered and used by As.I.P.O. exclusively to manage the requests expressed by the senders themselves. The legal basis of the processing (art.6 of EU Regulation 2016/679) is the consent expressed by the interested party.

Methods of data processing and communication

The processing of data connected to the management of the www.asipo.net site takes place at the administrative and operational headquarters of the owner and is handled by personnel authorized to process it.

The data are processed electronically and on paper, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Adequate security measures are observed to prevent loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The acquired data are not communicated by As.I.P.O. to third parties, unless their communication is strictly necessary based on the requests/purposes of treatment indicated by the senders themselves. In this case, third parties act as data processors, i.e. people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance, advice and services to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, financial matters and in relation to the provision of services. This includes subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of web services (such as hosting providers, employees in charge of maintaining network equipment and electronic communications networks).

Personal data will not be disclosed.

Nature of the provision and refusal

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user voluntarily provides personal data by expressing informed consent to the processing. Failure to send personal data may make it impossible to activate the services provided by the site and/or to find requests.

Data retention

The treatment will last no longer than the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data were provided by users.

More information about the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated.

Rights of the interested parties

The interested parties to whom the personal data refer, in accordance with art. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data from the Owner As.IPO, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request their integration, cancellation, rectification, limitation if treated in violation of the law, and also to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
Any requests to exercise the rights as an interested party must be sent to As.I.P.O. by PEC or registered letter to the addresses indicated above.

In any case, the interested parties always have the right to complain to the Privacy Guarantor in accordance with art. 77 of the Regulation if they believe that the processing of their data violates the legislation in force.
